I wanted to thank you for all you did to set up the extra hotel for Chicago - it was OUTSTANDING!  Definitely keep the JW Marriott on your list for next year, it was extremely comfortable, quiet, and luxurious.  Thank you for you all of your help and I look forward to NY!

Loved the MTT London Marathon experience. Hotels excellent. Shake out run on Saturday was
fun. Dinner was very good. Hannah Allyson and Karen were excellent guides.

I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you did this weekend. My friend and I had the best time, everything was so well organized and I am so grateful for all your hard work.

Jeff, I just wanted to formally thank you and your team for the exceptional support your 2023 Boston Marathon Tour provided. As previously mentioned, Allyson and Karen, as the most visible members of your team, always displayed a positive life outlook, smiling enthusiasm, and were quick and effective problem solvers. The other tour members, with whom I interacted, all said equally positive comments about everyone on your team, including yourself. 

Allyson is fantastic to work with! She works hard to make sure everyone is satisfied and always keeps everyone in the loop. I would give her a 10 star if possible.

The best thing about the package was that every detail was covered to the highest perfection. Transportation to the start village was wonderful!! I so enjoyed the welcome and pasta party--- talking and sharing with other runners. The Sheraton was a perfect location to enjoy NYC. Thank you Allyson and Amy and Marathon Tours & Travel for a wonderful experience.

It was really an incredible trip. Nicole and Allyson were always available and full of info and enthusiasm -- I was extremely impressed and they made the whole experience wonderful. The day tours were really well-done and Sigrun was possibly the best tour guide I've ever seen -- knowledgeable, fun and creative in her stories and approach. She made the days excellent. The hotel was good and perfectly-located.

We are grateful to you and your team at Marathon Tours once again for a well-crafted event. We stayed at the handsome Newbury Hotel with its attentive staff and dined at wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Your work made our visit much easier to plan. I made sure nearby passengers on my flight home were told to contact Marathon Tours before their next race.

Good balance of personal time and scheduled activities. Great communication from trip leaders--never a doubt as to where to be at what time. Airport transportation to/from was great. Pre-trip communication excellent.

Thank you to you and your staff members for providing a very memorable weekend for Thierry and me!  In particular, Allyson and Karen were meticulous in their keen attention to detail and in always being helpful, cheerful, and displaying a positive attitude despite their many operational demands.  Definitely a great weekend memory for my 250th marathon.

I wanted to let you know how happy I was that I decided to use Marathon Tours for the Boston marathon this year. With the rescheduling and cancellation of the 2020 marathon, I am so appreciative of all the extra work you had to do to make this happen. Your customer service skills are impeccable! Attending the cocktail party, dinner and the bus tour, and all the great advice and fun stories about the Boston Marathon really made this even more special and exciting. I also met some great running women at the various functions which was also a great bonus.

Top notch service! The information of Covid travel special made for our fellow Canadian is very clear and very detailed, for sure it is a great help, I don't know I could survival without it. Allyson helped us to deal with the very last min change with our travel plan, much appreciated.

Thank you for all you have done to schedule and then reschedule the VIP Tour. While as runners all we had to do was keep going right, left, right, left a zillion times, I can only imagine all you and your team had to do to scramble to make changes. Marathon Tours & Travel, keep up the awesome work! We have been working with your staff for at least the last 13 or 14 years - reserving a block of rooms for our charity team runners and support staff for the Boston Marathon. You always come through, and it is easy for our runners to reserve rooms through the link you set up for us. Allyson has always been wonderful, but especially this year with the date change for the Boston Marathon, trying to find a block of rooms for our runners in an already overcrowded Boston. She is always pleasant and helpful, and does her best to go above and beyond to accommodate all of us. Thank you ALL- I know these are trying times with so many major marathons changing dates, and then cancelling- and you are all doing a great job. I know this is stressful for everyone, especially all of you, as you try to help us all with our accommodations. Keep up the good work. Dick Hoyt

Thank you Allyson and the whole Marathon Tours for a great experience at the recent NYC Marathon. Everything was well organized and the support I got really helped me prepare and made my marathon race day a breeze. The Pre Race dinners were amazing. The speakers are very inspiring. I was very happy with my Big Sur Marathon experience through Marathon Tours & Travel. Every aspect of the package was superb from the accommodations to the dinners and the event transportation. Thank you to Allyson, Karen, and Christine for making this a memorable event.

Everything went so smoothly. Everyone was genuinely "NICE". Allyson accommodated the addition of a family member to my VIP package very quickly and willingly only days before the event... she did it within an hour! This was important because I was also trying to book one of the few remaining seats on our flight for that person. The itinerary was put together extremely well. The food was incredibly good and plentiful... the restaurants were classy and excellent. The VIP bus transfer to the start is priceless!!!

I’m afraid I’m going to get to the end of the survey without an opportunity to thank Allyson... she was always willing to answer emails and phone calls months out. Additionally she was very organized and quick to offer help during the event weekend. THANK YOU, Allyson.
