Jeff, I just wanted to formally thank you and your team for the exceptional support your 2023 Boston Marathon Tour provided. As previously mentioned, Allyson and Karen, as the most visible members of your team, always displayed a positive life outlook, smiling enthusiasm, and were quick and effective problem solvers. The other tour members, with whom I interacted, all said equally positive comments about everyone on your team, including yourself. 

All three team members - Jeff, Ann and Alyssa - were available for questions and information. It is always a pleasure to to travel with MTT. Staff is friendly, make you feel comfortable and important, and provide the opportunity to achieve individual goals.

Amazing team for Patagonia! Ann’s emails and follow-ups were great. Jeff’s daily announcements were useful. Allyssa was super fun, I love her energy and enthusiasm. What a great team!

Fantastic job done, in the face of challenging and ever-changing COVID-related circumstances. The Marathon Tours staff were positive, smiling, accessible and maintained a positive attitude throughout.

I had interactions with several memebers of the Marathon Tours host team.....the Doctor was very helpful when I had a few questions. Gillian was very helpful. Jeff was always calm and dealt with all the issues and was an awesome cheerleader every time we came to the end of the loop during the marathon. Paul at the turnaround - he was very encouraging to us!! Everyone was great.

I honestly listened to Jeff's 2020 Conference Call likely 2 dozen times - I would run to it. I listened to the 2022 one maybe a half dozen times - during my runs. And I swear I would pick up or understand something a little better each time. It was a GREAT informational guide from start to finish.

What did I like the most? The people - MTT hosts and runners are instant friends and family. The opening night talk by Jeff and Tom saying more about the mission and purpose of MTT helped me understand why I would want to stay connected to MTT for my destination marathons.

The London Marathon has been on my list for years. Having travelled with Marathon Tours in the past on trips with Jeff and Scott as trip leaders, I knew I was in good hands and things would be seamless for this trip. Marathon Tours is lucky to have both of them representing this company!

Thanks for the update and all the work you are doing. I can't begin to image the logistics issues you are having to deal with right now. Thanks so much.

Thank you and everyone at Marathon Tours for taking all of these curve balls and handling them like champs. I love that I haven’t had to worry about my Antarctica trip in the midst of the chaos. Looking forward to 2021.

I thought the trip was well planned with scheduled activities and time to explore on your own. I thought the scheduled activities were fantastic and the guides as well. I appreciated the communication by Jeff and Karen as well. I was traveling alone and felt I always knew what to expect and when.

Hotel in Edinburgh was excellently situated - lots to see and do within walking distance. Rooms were great - clean, moderately spacious, and well-appointed; breakfast was well done in the downstairs dining room. All of the local guides were knowledgeable and entertaining - a terrific way to learn about the history, culture, and people of Scotland. The trip between Edinburgh and Inverness was packed with activities - well worth the time in the coach and the drives between (which were broken up nicely by all the excursions). I know that anyone who comes along to host or help with a MTT trip is going to be super. Jeff and Karen worked tirelessly to make sure that everyone on the trip got the most out of it - food recommendations, music, excellent experiences. Kelly and Kit backed them up and were friendly and welcoming. Like traveling with family (that you like ;).

We enjoy everything, we have been very lucky to be in a group with friendly people and every time we make new friends and meet old friends from previous trips. Excellent and friendly staff. They (Jeff, Thom) were excellent, compassionate and respectful handling an unexpected health problem with a member in the group.

Karen and Jeff (and Kelly and Kit) did a fantastic job moving us around and getting us where we needed to be for events, activities, and the race. The local guides are amazing - they are knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly. The tours are definitely worth going on as many as you can. Basically can't go wrong. I wish we'd been able to do all three, since I wanted to see more of the highlands (obviously, the 26 miles running it wasn't enough!) Thanks again for the poncho - it came in handy at the start of the race with the sideways rain. Love the buff and I use those all the time. Congrats on 40 years!

This trip was well implemented....from the written instructions to the pre-trip conference call. I felt that Jeff and Stephanie really reached out to prepare the runners what to expect about this race and the conditions which they would likely face.

Jeff, Stephanie and Jacqui were the best!! They were always helpful and were very knowledgeable about this trip.

I thought that Nicole and Jeff and the the entire Tokyo Marathon group did an excellent job in sending out an email and asking athletes for their questions on the trip and addressing it in the Conference call, and further following it up with an email so that everyone that missed the opportunity to participate that day and time still had the ability to benefit from it. It was very proactive and forward thinking. Kudos to you wonderful people!

Jeff, you are a rock star leader.  You are upbeat, engaging with everyone, excellent communicator and a great conversationalist - and, you take photos.

Paul, Alyssa, and Jeff were so much fun! They clearly blend well as a group, work together seamlessly, make sure everything is in place, and work around the clock for us. Loved getting to know them -- thank you!

The pre-trip conference call was excellent! Jeff did an outstanding job covering what we needed to know about the race. I really appreciated his guidance on layering; it was detailed and very specific. I followed his advice to the letter and was perfectly dressed for race day. He was timely, covered all the details, and answered all the questions with the information runners wanted to know. It was a very well run conference call. It's clear he's a seasoned professional and I felt in good hands with his guidance.

The daily briefings from Jeff was very good. I like how that was done, this way we were not overwhelmed with a lot of information at the same time. He only gave us what was needed that day and the following. Well done.

Wonderful job to the staff! You did a great job and I wonder how much faster you all would have run if you had more rest! A big job keeping the troops informed and all the behind the scenes planning thanks again Jeff, Stephanie and Jacqui see you on the next adventure.

It was professionally organized, the guides were great, every day was an adventure, the hikes, especially Tigers Nest was just awesome. Jeff's attention to detail and his ability to connect with everyone on the trip makes it a great experience.

Jeff did a fantastic job. He was organised, happy, calm and helpful.

Jeff and Scott provided very valuable information about the race from a participants point of view. This helped me greatly and I was able to better prepare my expectations.

Jeff was terrific as were the local guides. I appreciate having a MTT representative on-site who is very knowledgeable, helpful and truly cared about my well-being. Also, the nicest and most enjoyable local guides and drivers of any tour I’ve ever taken.

I had an incredible time on this trip to China. Running the GW was extremely difficult but also very rewarding when I crossed the finish line. The comradery and friendships of fellow runners made this event even more special. Both Scott and Jeff were extremely helpful on this journey and made the experience so much fun. Thank you for creating a first class running experience!!!

All of the Marathon Tours team were very helpful with advice and support for the event. Thank you Jeff for advice for my husband on where best to see me and I was so delighted to see him at Tower Bridge and at Big Ben. Very memorable moments for us to cherish!

What did you like best? Impossible to easily answer this. The on-board ship experience for ten days was an adventure of a lifetime. Jeff Adams and staff were superb hosts.

I've already sung their praises, but Jeff, Paul, and Alyssa were fantastic. The logistics were handled and ran smoothly because of all of the behind the scenes work that these guys did. Excellent excellent job.

Attention to detail is outstanding. Where else are you met before heading to the start line about
specific short cuts you can take to your corral because Jeff and the team have gone down at 5 AM
to pre-scout the area!! Outstanding service from all the staff, great city tour ad fantastic reception
to finish off the race weekend!!

I was so appreciative and impressed with Jeff and Nicole because they helped me up to the end. I was a bit confused at the airport and they still helped me and did it with an attitude that made me feel like I wasn't being a burden to them. Thanks so much!!

Jeff was very considerate and organized. He waited for all the runners to finish at the finish line, gave us each individual attention and kept track of all the events. Perfectly planned vacation with someone else doing the work.

What did I like best? Meeting people with similar interest, all the details planned, having my race number already picked up so I didn't have to waste time going to the race expo. Jeff was a fabulous host and made an extra effort to include people who were single travelers and ensure everyone was having an enjoyable vacation. He waited for all the runners to finish at the finish line, gave us each individual attention and kept track of all the events

Jeff was brilliant. We had some issues with my wife's plane ticket when we were leaving for Ushuaia, and he remained cool and calm the entire time while he worked with the airline to make sure that she had a seat on the plane. Thanks Jeff!!

I was very pleased with how Jeff kept everything together and on point without feeling rushed. Our tour guide Vladimir and driver Jorge were the absolute best!
