Nicole, as the coordinator for this trip was always fantastic. She responds quickly if you have concerns about the whole ordeal during the pre- trip and post- race. Well organized. I have used MTT since 2015 and they never fail from your expectations.

Nicole was amazing throughout this looooong process from Tokyo 2020 to 2023. I personally ended up throwing some curveballs her way with flights and issues, and she handled them quickly and helpfully. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am to her and Marathon Tours & Travel.

The pre-trip communications were superb with info on the city, things to do, places to eat and lots of info on the race. The list of restaurants was very helpful.

It was really an incredible trip. Nicole and Allyson were always available and full of info and enthusiasm -- I was extremely impressed and they made the whole experience wonderful. The day tours were really well-done and Sigrun was possibly the best tour guide I've ever seen -- knowledgeable, fun and creative in her stories and approach. She made the days excellent. The hotel was good and perfectly-located.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I would do differently - Nicole (and team) did a fabulous job, and the hotel, etc are excellent choices.

Nicole and Ann are outstanding. Very customer focused and both made the extra effort to ensure everybody is taken care of. from pre-planning to making sure we could get our COVID tests coming home. They were involved and on top of making sure we had a great trip.

Ann and Nicole are outstanding. Runners are generally a collegial group but both Ann and Nicole take the time to make everybody feel part of the family. I’ve done 4 races with Marathon Tours and will join Ann in Dublin in the fall and know in advance it will be a wonderful experience.

Good balance of personal time and scheduled activities. Great communication from trip leaders--never a doubt as to where to be at what time. Airport transportation to/from was great. Pre-trip communication excellent.

Nichole was fabulous. A hero to me and Grace. So much worry over the virus, lodging, transportation, expo, etc. But her and her team got us where we needed to be. I felt like all I really needed to do was Race. Unforgettable experience and MT&T made it that way. I look forward to more adventures in running with them, especially in pursuit of the 6th Abbott Star!

My favorite thing about Marathon Tours is that you put the runners and their health, safety and comfort as your number one priorities!  

This is just a quick note to remind you of the incredible services that each of you offer, and I myself have just been so thankful for all of you over these years.  As a wife, mother, professional and runner you have brought such peace of mind to my life.  I am so thankful to know that when it comes to the one activity of me that brings me joy, I know I can count on all of you for help when I want to do something adventurous!  

Thank you for all that you do to make people’s dreams come true and support them even when they just have to wait a bit longer.  In the end, Marathon Tours and their agents are always going to be ready and willing to make sure that each person gets the best of the best!   I just wanted you to know that for some of us, our experiences with marathon tours holds deep meaning in our lives because of all the goodness you have contributed.

As a mother, who works and trains for races using this tour group is amazing and ALL the people who work there are incredible. I want to acknowledge especially Nicole because I have so much respect for all she does for so many. Not too many people can say that their job is to help make dreams come true for others! These are difficult days for a lot of people, for many reasons and so I recognize how much love and effort she puts into calming others. She and the team at Marathon Tours & Travel are awesome!

Stephanie and Nicole were great trip managers. They didn't hesitate to answer questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the event, race and Athens. Anytime someone gets an opportunity to do an experience with marathon tours, they will be in good hands if they are their trip managers.

From the welcome night, the tour of Berlin, the transport to the Expo, transport to the fun run, the pasta dinner and the post-race party, the organization was superb. I thought that Nicole and Jeff and the the entire Tokyo Marathon group did an excellent job in sending out an email and asking athletes for their questions on the trip and addressing it in the Conference call, and further following it up with an email so that everyone that missed the opportunity to participate that day and time still had the ability to benefit from it. It was very proactive and forward thinking. Kudos to you wonderful people!

Nicole's amazing! She goes the extra mile in responsiveness and making sure everyone has an enjoyable experience! And thank you Jeff for going above & beyond! Truly grateful for always an amazing experience and seeking ways to improve! Awesome just to relax. Loved all the stops, so breathtaking! And Culture Night was a huge bonus! Cannot say I would take anything out. Overall the perfect experience, and already thinking ahead to my next Marathon Tours endeavor.

100% reason I did my first trip with Marathon Tours was Nicole. I simply sent an email that I was interested to learn more and within 24 hours I had an email and a voicemail. I make decisions and choose so much in my life based on first impressions! So glad my first impression of Marathon Tours was based Nicole's customer service and grateful the rest of the pre-trip and trip itself lived up to that first impression!

Loved the tour activities: shrine & temples, tea ceremony, drumming ceremony, etc.
Meals were varied, interesting and so good!! Loved the bullet train. Thanks Nicole for getting us all
there and on time! A stressful day, but well done. The shuttle to the airport at the conclusion of the
tour was awesome, and so appreciated. Nicole told us to trust her...it will all work well, and it really
did.

Communication with the Marathon Tours and Travel staff was excellent. Nicole was very
responsive, and incredibly helpful. Her emails with trip details were thorough and easy to
understand. I was nervous about traveling to a country that I didn't speak the language, but felt
much better with all of the detailed information that was provided.

This is my second trip with Marathon Tours and it won't be the last one. Nicole is great with all the
pre-race communication and gets back to me almost immediately to answer any questions I have.
The staff during the trip is wonderful, everyone is so personable - I am so appreciative of all the
planning, the tours, their knowledge of the destination and the race.

The tour guides were informative, professional and fun. They did just the right amount of talking and not-talking, allowing for the occasional cat-nap. Nicole and Jeff were awesome. The after-race pizza party was superb! Loved hearing about the 7 continent runners. Both beer and pizza were delicious. Great, positive, runner-vibes were flowing around the room. Good fun

I was amazed on how well the whole Marathon Tours package was delivered. Very professional folks, very timely communication.....this was all new to me and it went extremely smooth!!! As a matter of fact, we are now looking at Tokyo and reaching out to fabulous Nicole for help!! Woohoo!!

I was so appreciative and impressed with Jeff and Nicole because they helped me up to the end. I was a bit confused at the airport and they still helped me and did it with an attitude that made me feel like I wasn't being a burden to them. Thanks so much!!

I think Marathon Tours has an exquisite trip to the Tokyo Marathon. There really isn't a thing I'd change. Also, I should mention that each member of the Marathon Tours staff (I will not mention all the names as I fear I'd leave someone out), went above and beyond to make the event amazing. Then on the Kyoto extension, Nicole (who from the very early planning stages amazed me with her responsiveness and attention to detail) and Alyssa were THE BEST. 

This is my third trip with Marathon Tours and each one has been better than the next and the first one was awesome! Thank you so much for your personal touch and your dedication to making these trips fabulous!! I especially appreciate your effort in acknowledging the World Marathon Majors Finishers. It was a special race for me in that regards and the effort you put forth to celebrate with me and my family was very much appreciated. Marathon Tours rocks!! Nicole is awesome and I believe Jacqui has talked me into the Maasai marathon next summer - 7 continents here I come! Great company, great people!

I had an amazing time both prior to Berlin and while in Berlin. Nicole was AMAZING in handling of all my questions and getting me the right information at the right time. I was very very impressed. I believed everything was very well organized and the staff was extremely friendly/knowledgeable. Thank you for such an amazing/unforgettable trip.

This was my second trip with Marathon Tours and once again it didn't disappoint. Everything, start to finish, was well organized and the delivery was exactly as outlined. Great hotels: centrally located for easy expo & race access, and to Berlin sites and attractions. Enjoyed and appreciated the reception and pre-race dinner, bus tour, transportation to & from the 6km breakfast run, etc., etc. It was great to meet Nicole (especially after exchanging emails for so many months/years), along with Alyssa, Jacqui, etc. . Also to connect with fellow Canadians Christine and Paul. I appreciated Jeff's personal participation in all the events and his vision for the future of the company and recognition of the staff who will make it all possible.

Everything was planned perfectly. Nicole and the Marathon Tours staff did a fantastic job in communicating everything that was needed, such as tips about getting to the hotel from the airport, places to visit, and what to expect about the race registration process.

Unsure what to say as this was my first time with MT. I truly believe Nicole is the glue of the outfit. She handled all of my questions, annoyances like a true professional both prior to and even during the tour. 

Third time with Marathon Tours. By far best experience. Nicole was great to discuss details with in months preceding trip. 

Nicole was always available, worked tirelessly to take care of our every need, really knew her stuff.

Nicole was excellent to work with and I really enjoyed the whole Berlin experience. Would recommend to others for sure.

Also want to note how good Nicole is. She is a pro and MT is fortunate to have her. She absolutely delivered what I needed and quickly before and during the trip. THANK YOU NICOLE.
