After leaving university, Si departed for the French Alps for what was going to be his one and only ski season there. After four years, and a rotation of winters in the Alps and summers on the beaches of Cornwall, he made his first move into cycling and mountain event operations. Always up for a challenge, he feels fortunate to experience travel and take part in many events with some great bespoke groups all over the world. This, combined with his passion for sport naturally led him to the world of sporting and endurance events, where he has now been working in operations for more than 10 years.
"It sounds clichè, but being at the end of a major marathon, triathlon or sportive and celebration with our groups makes it all worthwhile. Of course, getting to experience some of these amazing events first-hand and adding to the medal rack is not so bad either." - Si
