This was my 4th time to Boston to run the marathon and it was by far the best experience because it was Marathon Tours!
This trip was perfect, a spectacular course, fantastic accommodation and the events allowed us to get to know my fellow runners.
I’m afraid I’m going to get to the end of the survey without an opportunity to thank Allyson... she was always willing to answer emails and phone calls months out. Additionally she was very organized and quick to offer help during the event weekend. THANK YOU, Allyson.
Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the NYC Marathon. Not having run the event previously, it took the stress out of planning and allowed me to focus on running and enjoying the event. My wife has always been a great supporter and she appreciated meeting both runners and other supporters that are part of what Marathon Tours offers. Thank you and I look forward to joining Marathon Tours at future events.
The hotel venue was perfect! The location worked well as you could walk to the expo or take mass transit. Central park was close for the morning run. Starbucks in the lobby for coffee needs :) The welcome reception was a nice time to meet fellow runners and socialize. The pre race dinner was a great meal- lots of options and I enjoyed Roger and Kathrine. The coach bus and breakfast box was an AMAZING feature of this trip. Honestly, I had heard many horror stories of people being late to start or missing their wave due to transportation issues- so this was one of the main reasons I signed up for the package.
Everything I've come to enjoy about MT -- convenience, worry-free, all the details taken care of...so that all I have to do is show up and run.
Well organized and especially liked the worry free transportation to the start village. And matching up of roommates! I’ve made a new friend and running partner for years to come I think! Thank you!
Communication was excellent all the way around and the offering for the money was of good value. I loved this race and the experience with Marathon Tours took away all my travel anxieties and allowed me to focus on the marathon.
The Blackstone is a LOVELY hotel, and with its extremely easy access to the start and finish lines, it is by far the best venue I have ever had for a marathon.
At this point marathon tours is the only company I look to when considering a marathon because your service is impeccable. I sincerely appreciate the timely personal responses on email in advance planning for a trip and knowing you'll see a friendly, helpful face upon arrival in a completely new country. I trust and know that I have support on the ground, and have as such recommended marathon tours to many friends in my running team. Thank you for all you do!
