I wanted to let you know how happy I was that I decided to use Marathon Tours for the Boston marathon this year. With the rescheduling and cancellation of the 2020 marathon, I am so appreciative of all the extra work you had to do to make this happen. Your customer service skills are impeccable! Attending the cocktail party, dinner and the bus tour, and all the great advice and fun stories about the Boston Marathon really made this even more special and exciting. I also met some great running women at the various functions which was also a great bonus.

Thank you for all you have done to schedule and then reschedule the VIP Tour. While as runners all we had to do was keep going right, left, right, left a zillion times, I can only imagine all you and your team had to do to scramble to make changes. I have always booked my room through Marathon Tours for Boston. Next year will be my 4th straight year running the marathon.
The hotel that I booked on-line (Sheraton Boston) was only available starting Friday night before the marathon, but I was planning to arrive on Thursday. I called Marathon Tours to see if they could add Thursday night to my reservation, and Allyson was able to do that after working with the hotel. Thank you!
