Communication with the Marathon Tours and Travel staff was excellent. Nicole was very
responsive, and incredibly helpful. Her emails with trip details were thorough and easy to
understand. I was nervous about traveling to a country that I didn't speak the language, but felt
much better with all of the detailed information that was provided.
This is my second trip with Marathon Tours and it won't be the last one. Nicole is great with all the
pre-race communication and gets back to me almost immediately to answer any questions I have.
The staff during the trip is wonderful, everyone is so personable - I am so appreciative of all the
planning, the tours, their knowledge of the destination and the race.
Attention to detail is outstanding. Where else are you met before heading to the start line about
specific short cuts you can take to your corral because Jeff and the team have gone down at 5 AM
to pre-scout the area!! Outstanding service from all the staff, great city tour ad fantastic reception
to finish off the race weekend!!
One of the things I appreciate most is that Marathon Tours plans
everything, all I have to do is show up. I love the people on this tour - staff and other travelers!

From the rooftops of Havana I experienced fabulous food, great weather, made new friends and had impactful cultural exchanges during the tours which will remain with me forever.
The extension was the icing on the cake of a GREAT vacation and an ending with relaxation.

Karen was an excellent "tour guide" and problem solver during the Havana portion of the trip as we did not extend beyond Havana. During the pretrial planning and preparation, Karen was totally on top of the logistics, and was most responsive and timely to all our questions.
