I had a great experience, I enjoyed the excursions and the marathon, of course! I also loved the run on Friday with Karen and some of the runners from the group. All the runners and companions were great! I made lifetime friends and can’t wait to join another race destination with Marathon Tours & Travel.
The original Athens Authentic Marathon has been a dream experience for several years and you made it happen.
Karen is great! She is very patient and knowledgeable about the Athens trip. The shakeout run was great. The hotel is in excellent location, and walking distance to everything. Thank you Karen for a nice trip. Will be with Marathon Tours & Travel in the future.
Marathon Tours & Travel did an excellent job of coordinating everything - the hotels, the tours, the restaurants, the dinner shows, etc. I plan to schedule at least two Marathon Tours trips in 2023.
The Dublin Marathon was very well run, great crowds and support during the run!
Ann was very friendly and provided excellent service on the Dublin Marathon Tour. She was always available for questions, very pleasant, very easy to work with.
This is our third tour with Ann and she is phenomenal! She clearly understands customer service and has gone above and beyond in ensuring we had a successful trip. She is personable and professional and goes the extra mile to see that everybody has a good experience.
If you are interested in history, the Belfast extension is a do-not-miss experience. We learned so much!
Galway & Ennis were great to see more of Ireland and to learn history. It is definitely worth adding to the trip.
Using MTT was recommended to me. It did not disappoint. I appreciated the detail and all of the information ahead of the trip. I liked that this trip was structured with many optional "add-ons" It allowed me to concentrate on training.
Stephanie was fantastic. She was a great host at the welcome party and all of the other events. She went out of her way to introduce everyone to each other. If she saw anyone sitting by themselves, she would join them and invite others to join them. She was very enthusiastic every step of the way, and was very knowledgeable given her dual citizenship.
I loved the local tour guides and the visits to the wineries. Everyone seemed well taken care of too, which makes me feel comfortable traveling with Marathon Tours & Travel!
People were great, as well as the trip staff and just being in Italy and experiencing all that Tuscany had to offer in a short time!
The local tour guide, Luisa, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and organized. Her descriptions on the bus rides were very informational. She clearly cared very much about the group, and was very helpful at the Expo and on race day.
The warmth of the people, the beautiful land, and the challenging course made this trip one to be remembered and loved.
If you want hassle free travel with added local excursions and a personal touch then Marathon Tours & Travel has it all. Would highly recommend!

All three team members - Jeff, Ann and Alyssa - were available for questions and information. It is always a pleasure to to travel with MTT. Staff is friendly, make you feel comfortable and important, and provide the opportunity to achieve individual goals.
