I wanted to let you know how happy I was that I decided to use Marathon Tours for the Boston marathon this year. With the rescheduling and cancellation of the 2020 marathon, I am so appreciative of all the extra work you had to do to make this happen. Your customer service skills are impeccable! Attending the cocktail party, dinner and the bus tour, and all the great advice and fun stories about the Boston Marathon really made this even more special and exciting. I also met some great running women at the various functions which was also a great bonus.
I’m writing to just say “thank you” for absolutely everything to make Berlin just amazing… over the past 2 years I cannot imagine the stress and gazillion emails you’ve responded to and you ALWAYS answered each one of mine (and I ask a lot of questions!) so timely and with patience and above all, information! I think this was my 22nd trip with Marathon Tours and have never been disappointed with any of the trips. I liked the timing of the Scotland trip and have always wanted to run a marathon there. I have met the most amazing people and seen some of the most amazing places with Marathon Tours. I will continue to travel with the company for my primary vacations, even repeating some of the trips.
MT&T provides top shelf, one-of-a-kind marathon touring experiences, so it was a no-brainer to travel with them to Scotland.

Oh what an experience with COVID - we all now know more about testing than we ever wanted! Seriously though this is where I felt the service was OUTSTANDING. I had so many questions and I know there were many others. Yet Karen took the time to check, confirm and respond kindly to the many emails and uncertainties. Five negative tests later, I'm positive that we made the right choice in booking this trip of a lifetime with Marathon Tours & Travel.
I had a very, very pleasant stay at the Godfrey Hotel in Boston. They gave us runners a very nice surprise when we got back to the hotel. Excellent experience! I strongly recommend it.
