MTT will switch website platforms starting Tuesday, December 19. We do not anticipate any downtime, however in case you experience any disruption know we will back online soon! Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
Share your experience with Marathon Tours and our other valued clients.
Thank you to Ms. Suter for her excellent piece on what to do if your race is cancelled. Her writing reminded me to refocus on mindfulness and to maintain the training plan for the Outback. Her counsel applies not only to running but to life in general. In line with something Ms. Suter writes, I recently resumed yoga to help deal with the Covid-19 stress. I had started following a Runner’s World yoga DVD in the months prior to Bhutan to prepare spiritually. Ironically I dropped yoga when we returned to the states because I felt too busy!
That leads to my next thought. We were reminiscing the past two days about our wonderful time in Bhutan. Thank you to the great staff at Marathon Tours & Travel. These memories, plus Patagonia and the Big 5 tours, remind us of the beauty in the world. We greatly appreciate the work Ann and Stephanie have done for us. We look forward to traveling again.
Thank you for all your work during this difficult landscape and changing times. Stay healthy! And keep running!
You guys are so on top of these complicated arrangements – and the communication to all of us. Very impressive!
Just wanted to say thank you for all your work. The situation we are in is unprecedented and I really appreciate your continuous communication. Keep it up and stay healthy!
I know these are challenging times especially in the travel business. We have been in a bit of a free fall for a number of weeks(months) and everyone hopes the new normal is not far down the road. I can’t imagine the stress and work involved with the cancellation of Tokyo, rescheduling of London, cancellation of Antarctica... and on. The entire Team always conveys a friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism in every conversation or communication.
Everyone at MTT is hands down the absolute best in the business. You set the bar for providing world class service for every trip we have been on. It has been our pleasure to get to know you and enjoy Tokyo and Berlin with you and Jeff.
Between the Abbott World Marathon Majors, the Seven Continents Club and all the other great race vacations, you are the only way to go!
We are looking forward to Sydney in September if all goes well.
In the meantime take care, stay safe and healthy!
You all are doing an amazing job! I am so appreciative of Marathon Tours & Travel efforts to deal with this obvious setback. You communication is so clear and concise—well done! Kudos to your staff!
Thank you! It’s a joy to know that you’re out there and that good things will, in fact, happen again!
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all of the work that you do and how much my wife and I enjoy our “Marathon Tours” experiences. We have a couple of trips on the books and I know that we will address those when time permits. In the meantime, know that others are praying and wanting to send some encouragement during this time. Hang in there!
Take good care on your end. I have incredible friendships thanks to Marathon Tours, which I wouldn’t have today if it weren't for you and your outstanding staff.
I had decided at the beginning of the year that I wanted to run Dublin because I had never been to Ireland and thought it would be a great way to start my journey to the Seven Continents Club. While trying to register, I discovered that I had to book through Marathon Tours and recognized the name from my work with Back on My Feet Boston (Marathon Tours is a sponsor). I also figured that if I wanted to get more adventurous with my running, it would be beneficial to work with a company who could make that experience as amazing as possible, and I was not wrong.
